Call Waiting:
Monthly charge: CTI customer $3.50 Non-CTI customer $4.00 Business customer $6.00
This service alerts you to an incoming call while your line is in use. You can answer the incoming call and talk privately without losing the original party. You will be able to still get those important calls even while on the phone.
Cancel Call Waiting:
Monthly charge: CTI customer $2.00 No charge if Internet customer.
This feature allows you to cancel call waiting on a call by call basis. This feature is good for families who have a computer and don't want to get a second line. You can go online and not worry about being kicked offline by another call.
Three-way Calling:
Monthly charge: CTI customer $3.00 Non-CTI customer $3.50 Business customer $4.50
Three-way calling allows you to talk to two parties at two different numbers at the same time. This feature is good for small businesses and for families who like to get together but are kept apart by distance.
Caller ID:

This feature allows you to see the name and number of the person calling prior to you picking up the phone. This makes it easier for you to avoid unwanted calls.
SUPPRESS:
Monthly charge: NONE
You can block your name and number on a call-by-call basis with the touch of a couple of buttons or block it on a permanent basis with the service called SUPPRESS. If you have this feature, you can release your number with the touch of a couple of buttons on a call-by-call basis.
Automatic Callback (*69):

With the push of three buttons, you can call the person that last called you. The service will first tell you the number and then give you the option of calling it back. If the number is not available, then you will just get the option to call it back.
PAM:

Get rid of that pesky machine next to your phone. With PAM, your phone is instantly turned into a state of the art messaging center. You will no longer miss messages or calls. Your current touch-tone phone will automatically forward your calls if you don't answer or you are on the phone. You will be notified that you have messages by a stutter dial tone when you pick up the receiver. Your messages are secure in your voice mail box, by a PIN number that only you will know.

Speed Dialing:

Can you remember all of your customers or relatives telephone numbers? Speed dialing allows you to assign 1 and 2 digit dialing codes to numbers. Now you can keep track of all the numbers with easy to remember codes. Dialing is much simpler and faster.
